Evaluación Del Desarrollo Sostenible En La Cuenca Del Río Tuluá: A Propósito De Los Planes De Ordenamiento Y Manejo De Cuencas Hidrográficas En Colomb

En este trabajo se evalúa el desarrollo sostenible en la cuenca hidrográfica del río Tullía, como estudio de caso dentro del contexto de los planes de ordenamiento ambiental de cuencas hidrográficas en Colombia. Se construye un marco conceptual donde se identifican los recursos naturales con sus principales atributos y las relaciones de éstos con el sistema humano. Luego, a la luz del marco conceptual se discuten los enfoques de desarrollo sostenible que serían pertinentes para una cuenca hidrográfica y se evalúa en consecuencia el estado de sostenibilidad de la cuenca del rio Tulúa.
