Aproximaci�n a los �ndices de valor unitario y quantum del comercio exterior colombiano

Abstract

El documento presenta la estimaci�n mensual de los �ndices encadenados de precios y cantidades del comercio exterior colombiano con base en las estad�sticas de aduanas. La metodolog�a propuesta busca afrontar los problemas de agregaci�n y volatilidad propios de la fuente de informaci�n utilizada. De los �ndices calculados se desprenden resultados interesantes, dentro de los que se cuentan, la descomposici�n en efecto precio y cantidad del valor de las importaciones y exportaciones, los t�rminos de intercambio bilaterales, entre otros.
