Incorporación del rol de Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) en una de las principales distribuidoras de gas en Argentina

Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo principal analizar la pertinencia de incorporar el rol de Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) en una de las principales distribuidoras de gas del país. Con un proceso documental amplio, se desarrollaron los objetivos específicos que permitieron dar respuesta a la principal interrogante. Dichos objetivos se basaron en investigar bibliografía relacionada con el concepto del rol del HRBP, identificar las mejores prácticas documentadas y justificar la pertinencia de incorporar el rol del HRBP en la empresa bajo estudio. Se analizó la teoría que sustenta la visión del HRBP, las alternativas y los casos prácticos que incorporaron a la gestión; a su vez, se identificaron las fortalezas del modelo y los beneficios de su implementación, para proceder a validar la pertinencia de su incorporación en la estructura de Recursos Humanos. El talento es un elemento fundamental para generar valor en las compañías; debe ser guiado desde una visión estratégica corporativa que potencie las competencias existentes y busque perfiles acordes a los requerimientos del negocio, para lograr la máxima eficiencia operativa y funcional. Uno de los principales hallazgos confirmó el objetivo principal, lo cual demostró que no solo es pertinente la incorporación del HRBP en la distribuidora de gas, sino también en todas las compañías que enfoquen su trabajo de forma estratégica en generar valor desde el talento y en potenciar al máximo la productividad. Esa incorporación permitiría un desarrollo integral de la visión compartida de negocio y dejaría de lado los elementos operativos y transaccionales que no aportan mayor valor por su nivel de repetitividad.
