Quality And Control Of Goods In Conditions Of Covid Pandemic

Abstract

Discussion topics and thematic directions of the International Scientific and Practical Conference: (1) Quality of goods - formation, management, identification and counterfeiting, (2) Control of goods, (3) Certification of products and services, (4) Online trading - status, development, problems, (5) Consumer protection - legal, organizational aspects, good practices, (6) Relationship business education. The proceedings present reports on: formation and evaluation of quality of various types of food and industrial goods (flour, fresh fruits and vegetables, cognac, milk-egg, Irish Whiskey, candies, personal protective equipment, etc.); good practices for reducing food waste; approaches for determining quality, product safety requirements and HACCP as a tool for food safety prevention; application of the Taguchi method in determining customer satisfaction with logistics services and corporate identity of logistics services; certain features of second-hand goods trade, specific risks in online trading, design patterns in e-Commerce and in the activities of state market surveillance and oversight bodies; modern methods of identification and detection of counterfeits in different goods; application of glass waste in new products; European pulp and paper industry in the conditions of COVID-19; training of control and expertise of goods and binding to the requirements of the business and education.
