Abstract

En 27 capítulos, el Departamento de la Propiedad Intelectual de la Universidad Externado de Colombia ofrece a la comunidad académica un estudio pormenorizado del régimen legal colombiano e internacional de las patentes, así como de los efectos del sistema sobre el desarrollo de los países. La obra presenta el análisis de pronunciamientos jurisprudenciales, doctrina y legislación extranjera, príncipalmente de Estados Unidos y Europa, con el objetivo tanto de lograr entre los lectores la comprensión de las soluciones prácticas planteadas como de alimentar el sentido crítico.
