Lecturas sobre Derecho del Medio Ambiente Tomo XXIII

Abstract

En el marco de la celebración de los 25 años de creación del Departamento de Derecho del Medio Ambiente de la Universidad Externado de Colombia, es grato para mí presentar el Tomo XXIII de Lecturas sobre Derecho del Medio Ambiente, el cual es el fruto de una constantes dedicación académica de los miembros del Grupo de Investigación en Derecho del Medio Ambiente y demás miembros de la comunidad académica nacional e internacional que, con sus aportes, han contribuido a consolidar esta colección como una de las más importantes sobre Derecho Ambiental, no solo en nuestro país, sino también en otras latitudes. Precisamente, en esta ocasión, hemos recibido los aportes académicos de un importante grupo de docentes-investigadores, profesionales de diferentes áreas del conocimiento y funcionarios públicos del más alto nivel, quienes han presentado sus disertaciones sobre temas de gran actualidad. El Tomo XXIII de Lecturas sobre Derecho del Medio Ambiente está compuesto por una variada selección de escritos de gran actualidad, los cuales se encuentran agrupados en tres grandes bloques de análisis. En el primer bloque se incluyen los seis artículos relacionados con aspectos sociales y económicos del derecho ambiental; el segundo bloque reúne los cinco relacionados con los aspectos jurídico-internacionales del derecho ambiental, y el tercer y último bloque contiene los artículos referidos al análisis del derecho ambiental colombiano. Reconozco el esfuerzo y la dedicación de todos y cada uno los autores que a continuación se relacionan y cuyas investigaciones describo enseguida.
