Easygoing Shopping – Customer Acceptance of the 'Just Walk Out' Technology in the German Retail Market

Abstract

Obwohl XR-Anwendungen ein wachsender Trend sind, ist nur wenig über deren nachhaltige Implementierung im stationären Handel bekannt. Deshalb widmet sich der vorliegende Beitrag der Relevanz von hedonistischen und utilitaristischen Elementen für die Kundenakzeptanz mithilfe einer systematischen Analyse von Use-Cases und zeigt anhand einer empirischen Studie auf, dass Funktionalität ausschlaggebend für eine erfolgreiche Integration von XR-Technologien in die Handelsumgebung ist.
