Abstract

Выделены особенности принятия решений в системе управления человеческим капиталом промышленных предприятий в кризисных условиях. На этой основе разработана матрица выбора управленческих решений в системе управления человеческим капиталом в условиях экономических кризисов. Выделены особенности организационной структуры и стратегии предприятия по фазам его жизненного цикла.
