Abstract

The use of artificial intelligence in public service and government administration offices is continuously growing. Document analysis and case analysis were used and statistical data from the Eurostat have been processed. The research results confirm the accelerated and successful penetration of artificial intelligence applications in various fields of public and private interest. Research can serve to develop the content of government policies and the systematic financing of national and local programs for the integration of artificial intelligence in public administration to become more efficient, transparent, and sustainable.
