Zur Diskussion ueber die betriebliche Mitbestimmung

Abstract

Neuere personaloekonomische Arbeiten analysieren die betriebliche Mitbestimmung und befuerworten diese mit institutionenoekonomischen Argumenten des Marktversagens und der empirischen Absicherung durch eindrucksvolle mikrooekonometrische Studien auf der Grundlage von Massendaten. Dem Praktiker kommen aufgrund eigener Erfahrungen Zweifel an der oekonomischen Einschaetzung. Gestuetzt auf eine Fallstudie werden Bedenken vorgebracht und Anregungen zur weiteren theoretischen und empirischen Forschung formuliert.
