Franchise fees in practice

Abstract

The company quite often seek the opportunity to co-operate with the business networks. Especially in times of economic crisis, now under the aegis of a strong group may become the only way the firm's survival. One of the possibilities of cooperation is franchising. The paper focuses on franchise fees applied in the franchising. Franchisee under the franchise contract the franchisor shall pay various types of fees. The paper defines franchise fees, analyzes their situation in Czech franchise concepts. Purpose of this paper is to state the specific franchise chain following the application of fees in the system.
