A hálózatok közötti aszimmetria hatása a mobilszolgáltatók végződtetési díjára
[The effect of asymmetry among networks on the provision charges of mobile telephone services]

Abstract

A cikk a mobiltávközlés és az arra jellemző kétirányú hozzáférés (hívásvégződtetés) aszimmetrikus piacát elemzi piacszerkezeti modellek segítségével. Megvizsgálja, hogy aszimmetrikus helyzetben a szabályozás által előírt költségalapú végződtetési díj jóléti szempontból kívánatos megoldás-e, s ha igen, milyen feltételek mellett. Az 1990- es évek végén megjelent szimmetrikus piacot feltételező irodalomban található modellek fogyasztói hűséggel és a vállalatok eltérő költségszerkezetével való kiegészítése révén arra az eredményre jutottunk, hogy a vállalatok bármely ársémája mellett sem a vállalatok egyensúlyi profitja, sem a jólét nem független a végződtetési díjtól. Vállalati szempontból a végződtetési díj az összejátszás eszköze lehet. A fogyasztói többlet szempontjából a belépéshez közeli helyzetekben a végződtetési költségnél magasabb, érett piacon a költségalapú vagy annál alacsonyabb végződtetési díj kedvezőbb.
