Az euró bevezetésének hatásai az EMU és Magyarország gazdaságára. Az euróövezet gazdaságában várható változások

Abstract

Az egységes európai valutaövezet kialakulása jelentős átrendeződést idézhet elő a vezető valuták keresztárfolyamában, a nemzetközi kereskedelemben, valamint a pénzügyi tranzakciókban, a tőkepiacok integráltságában és a tőkeáramlások irányában. Az euróövezet léte módosítja az érintett országok növekedési kilátásait, az egyes gazdaságok strukturális jellemzőit, a reálgazdaság és a pénzpiacok nyitottságát. Az egységes valuta az euróövezethez kapcsolódó gazdaságokban is változásokat idéz elő. A cikk az egységes európai valutaövezet rövid és középtávon várható makrogazdasági és szerkezeti hatásait vizsgálja a Gazdasági és Monetáris Unió gazdaságában, valamint az ahhoz szorosan kötődő magyar gazdaságban. Az elemzés a növekedési kilátásokra, a tőkepiacok méretében és a tőkeáramlások irányában várható változásokra, az árfolyamok és az árfolyamrendszer alakulására, valamint a pénzügyi és a vállalati szektort érintő hatásokra koncentrál.
