Oroszország új világgazdasági szerepben?
[Is Russias role in the world economy changing?]

Abstract

Európa nyugatabbra fekvő térségeiből nézve az orosz gazdasági helyzet a makrogazdasági mutatók alapján 2012-ben egyenesen irigylésre méltónak tűnik. Dilemmák, kérdőjelek és problémák azonban bőven adódnak. Az újonnan felmerülő kérdések egy jelentős része szorosan kapcsolódik Oroszország világgazdasági szerepköréhez és az abban az utóbbi egy-két évben bekövetkezett változásokhoz. Egyrészt, Oroszország nagy lendülettel indított újra integrációs folyamatot az utódállamok körében. Másrészt, a tagjává vált a Kereskedelmi Világszervezetnek - utolsóként a világ jelentős gazdaságai közül. Mit jelent mindez Oroszország és a nemzetközi közösség számára? Miért lényeges Oroszország számára az utódállamokkal való integráció ügye, és mennyire kell komolyan vennünk az elindított kezdeményezéseket? Kikényszerít-e strukturális változásokat a gazdaságban a WTO-tagság? Kész-e az orosz gazdasági vezetés jelentős mértékű külgazdasági nyitásra? A tanulmány e kérdések megválaszolásához kíván hozzájárulni.* Journal of Economic Literature (JEL) kód: E20, F14, F15, F21, F23, F53.
