Abstract

This paper examines interactive experiential learning methods and their contribution to employee skills development. The purpose of the study is to analyse how experiential learning approaches support the development of cognitive, behavioural and practical competencies within organizations. The paper uses a conceptual qualitative methodology based on literature review and analytical examination of six experiential learning approaches: role-playing, games and simulations, observation, mental imagery, writing tasks and action learning. Findings indicate that experiential methods increase participant engagement, improve knowledge retention, strengthen problem-solving abilities and support teamwork, adaptability and sustainable organizational learning.
