Aspettative dei laureati e domanda delle imprese: esplorazione di un binomio asimmetrico

Abstract

Nell?articolo "Le aspettative dei laureati e la domanda delle imprese: esplorazione di un binomio asimmetrico" gli A. approfondiscono il fenomeno della disoccupazione giovanile in Italia con particolare riguardo al disagio occupazionale dei giovani laureati de La Sapienza di Roma. Il contributo mette a confronto le aspettative di chi si iscrive all?universit? e consegue un titolo universitario con le caratteristiche della domanda espressa dal mercato del lavoro dipendente e parasubordinato. L?elemento fortemente innovativo dell?analisi ? l?uso di informazioni generate dall?abbinamento tra le informazioni anagrafiche e curriculari dei laureati con quelle delle Comunicazioni Obbligatorie del Ministero del lavoro. Tale confronto consente una lettura dell?incontro tra domanda di lavoro dipendente e parasubordinato e offerta ad elevata specializzazione, anche in un?ottica longitudinale. I principali risultati del lavoro possono essere sintetizzati come segue: le grandi potenzialit? dell?integrazione di diverse basi di dati per lo studio del mercato del lavoro; le aspettative di molti laureati sono in larga parte disattese per l?instabilit? del posto di lavoro, la coerenza tra posizione ricoperta e titolo di studio, l?insicurezza economica e l?opportunit? di ascesa sociale. L?inadeguato ricorso del nostro sistema produttivo alle alte professionalit? per la sottovalutazione del ruolo della R&S come strumento di competizione internazionale
