La previsione del fabbisogno formativo di professionisti sanitari: l?approccio integrato basato sull?offerta e sulla domanda determinata attraverso il sistema ACG

Abstract

La determinazione del miglior skillmix di professionisti rappresenta un aspetto fondamentale nella programmazione sanitaria. In tutti i Paesi europei si sta discutendo come fronteggiare la carenza di professionisti sanitari ed e ravvisata la necessita di disporre di una metodologia scientificamente valida per programmarne la domanda futura. Nel 2013 la Regione Veneto ha aderito al progetto pilota coordinato dal Ministero della Salute nell?ambito dell?azione comunitaria Joint Action on Health Workforce Planning and Forecasting, in cui e stato sviluppato un modello previsionale. Durante i lavori la Regione Veneto ha elaborato una metodologia che utilizza il sistema di classificazione Adjusted Clinical Groups (ACGR) in grado di fornire una stima della domanda di medici e infermieri tenendo conto dell?utilizzo dei servizi da parte della popolazione.
