Italia: il sistema industriale delle Utility nel Nord-Ovest

Abstract

Nel 2017 Confservizi CISPEL Lombardia ha dato vita, insieme a Confservizi Piemonte-Valle d?Aosta e Confservizi CISPEL Liguria, ad un coordinamento denominato Confservizi del Nord-Ovest con l?obiettivo di costruire una realt? associativa, forte e coesa, che sia espressione rappresentativa del settore delle utility del Nord-Ovest in Italia. Confservizi del Nord-Ovest afferma la volont? di farsi casa per le aziende dei servizi pubblici locali che sono presidio industriale e avamposto in settori, ove ancora forte ? il desiderio di assicurare un ruolo di indirizzo e controllo delle istituzioni pubbliche, che garantiscono un miglioramento della vita dei cittadini e si fanno propulsori di iniziative di cambiamento che spronano e avvicinano il Nostro Paese verso le aree forti dell?Europa. Le Confservizi si fanno carico di rafforzare il ruolo associativo innestando un Network di relazione che diffonde la circolazione delle buone pratiche, sviluppando nelle Aziende Associate la consapevolezza dell?importanza del legame con il territorio, in cui sono chiamate ad operare, e della comprensione delle sue necessit?. Con il desiderio di prendere consapevolezza dell?importanza propulsiva del Nord-Ovest e del vitale ruolo che le Aziende dei Servizi Pubblici rivestono in quest?area, ? stato realizzato, nel 2018, per volere del Coordinamento del Nord-Ovest, il Report sulle Utility del Nord- Ovest, da parte di REF Ricerche in collaborazione con Fondazione Utilitatis. Al fine di rendere evidente l?importanza e le potenzialit? del Nord-Ovest, lo studio condotto ha inquadrato dapprima questa macroarea nel contesto delle aree forti dell?Europa (Catalogna, Baviera, Baden W?ttemberg, Vestfalia, Sud della Francia, Olanda ) analizzandone gli elementi di forza e dando rilevanza anche alle prospettive di crescita. Secondariamente ha esaminato il ruolo ambizioso del settore dei servizi pubblici di farsi interprete del dialogo sul futuro dei territori, delle comunit? e delle persone.
