Abstract

This study delves into the intrinsic relationships between digital transformation, human capital investment, and high-quality economic development. The findings reveal that both digital transformation and human capital investment significantly promote high-quality economic development; digital transformation drives high-quality economic development by fostering human capital investment. Further research indicates that the positive effect of digital transformation on high-quality economic development is more pronounced in regions with stronger innovation capacity, suggesting that an innovative environment can enhance the economic empowerment of digital technologies.
