Investigation into smart behavior monitoring and workforce allocation optimization of frontline bank staff for financial risk control

Abstract

This study empirically analyzes data from listed banks between 2007 and 2023, finding that intelligent monitoring of frontline bank employees significantly impacts financial risk occurrence. Effective monitoring reduces financial risks and optimizes human resource allocation. Specifically, there is a positive relationship between employee behavior monitoring and human capital allocation, with a negative effect on financial risk. The study also examines the moderating role of bank type, revealing significant heterogeneity between city commercial banks and non-city banks. These findings offer theoretical support and practical guidance for financial risk prevention and HR management in banks.
