Actitudes emprendedoras de los estudiantes universitarios: El caso de la Universidad Católica del Uruguay

Abstract

El artículo se trata de un producto de investigación en donde se analiza las actitudes emprendedoras de los estudiantes y su evolución desde que ingresan a la universidad hasta tres anos de experiencia académica. Se consideran las actitudes de asunción al riesgo, control interno percibido, necesidad de logro, autoestima e innovación. El Resultado que se obtiene es la disminución de las actitudes emprendedoras y se proponen diferentes acciones.
