On the Road to a Modern Industrial Policy

Abstract

With the “National Industrial Strategy 2030,” Germany’s Federal Minister of Economics Peter Altmaier triggered a lively debate: how active should industrial policy be to promote the competitiveness of Germany and Europe? The Industry forum dealt with these proposals.
