Failures in the Strategic Development Process: Ontology, Axiology and Intra‐Organizational Behavioral Limits to Social Becoming

Abstract

This paper examines problems of cognition, ontology and axiology affecting the strategic development process. A case study is examined for the movie industry. The paper draws together interdisciplinary results emphasizing gradualism in the evolution of norms. Copyright © 2011 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
