Abstract

This meta-synthesis explored the important role of educational leadership in promoting linguistic inclusion in multilingual classrooms. The research synthesized findings from qualitative studies across diverse global contexts, focusing on how school leaders can effectively address the linguistic and cultural diversity of their students.
