Znaczenie Małych Gospodarstw Rolnych Produkujących w Systemie Ekologicznym w Polsce

Abstract

W opracowaniu podjęto zagadnienie oceny funkcjonowania małych gospodarstw rolnych prowadzących produkcję systemem ekologicznym. Analizy wykonano dla małych gospodarstw ekologicznych ze wspartą produkcją ekologiczną w ramach Wspólnej Polityki Rolnej. Dokonano ich porównań do małych gospodarstw konwencjonalnych z tych samych gmin. Źródłem materiałów były dane z raportów IJHARS za lata 2004-2022, ARiMR za 2022 rok oraz Polskiego FADN za 2022 rok. Stwierdzono, że w Polsce w strukturze gospodarstw ekologicznych duże znaczenie mają gospodarstwa o powierzchni do 10 ha użytków rolnych. Małe gospodarstwa ze wspartą produkcją ekologiczną w ramach WPR występują w 1345 gminach, z tego w około 32% tych gmin funkcjonuje tylko jedno takie gospodarstwo. Ustalono, że w ujęciu gmin istnieje duże zróżnicowanie występowania małych gospodarstw korzystających ze wsparcia produkcji ekologicznej w ramach WPR. Jednak rozkład małych gospodarstw korzystających z dopłat nie był związany w danej gminie z liczbą tych gospodarstw. Wykazano, że w obecnych warunkach rozwoju produkcji ekologicznej musi istnieć odpowiednio wysokie wsparcie finansowe, aby producenci rolni byli zainteresowani jej prowadzeniem.
