The impact of technological innovation on maximizing enterprise value

Abstract

The article considers the methodological approach to assessing the impact of technological innovation on the maximization of enterprise value in the justification of the variants of its innovative and technological development. Identified deficiencies of earnings to use it as a criterion for making long-term management decisions. Shows a variety of estimates of the cost of the enterprise is presented and used in practice approaches to the assessment of its value, identified their strengths and weaknesses. The main task of cost management of enterprises. The basic indicators of assessment of value and is preferred for Russian companies method of assessment of fundamental value. It is shown that for determining the fundamental value of an enterprise should use methodologies financial forecasting. Identified shortcomings of existing financial models to maximize value of the enterprise based on the use of Excel spreadsheets. For calculating future net cash flows is proposed to use the developed simulation model of enterprise development of the analytical type. Determined that such a model can be used to select the best option for innovative-technological development of industrial enterprises. Proposed procedure for calculating the level of impact of technological innovation on the increase in value of the enterprise in the process of conducting a retrospective structural analysis of innovative activity of industrial enterprises.Â
