Chronic silicosis, interstitial pneumonia, coal worker’s pneumoconiosis, idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, siderosis, nonspecific interstitial pneumonitis, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, connective tissue-related pulmonary fibrosis, cryptogenic organizing pneumonia.
