Abstract

Резюме: Предмет на научен анализ са различни аспекти на забраната за дискриминация при колективното трудово договаряне и сключване на колективен трудов договор. Изследват се различните възможности за включване на дискриминационни клаузи в колективен трудов договор и защитата срещу тях; ролята на работодателя и на синдикалната организация в процеса на колективно договаряне – техните права и задължения за недопускане на дискриминация.
