We present a simple dynamic general equilibrium model of the international transmission of business cycles. We discuss the model's solution and its predictions, and we compare those predictions with the stylized facts of cross- country comovements of macroeconomic aggregates. Then, we survey some recent work of multi-country business cycle models that corrects some of the deficiencies of the basic model presented here.
