Abstract

Macroeconomic situation and the state of public finances in the EU and multi-annual financial framework for the period 2014-2020. State aid for agriculture in the European Union. Expenditures on the agricultural sector in Poland in the central budget and the budgets of voivodes in 2000-2012, and the possibility of their transfers in the context of anticipated changes in the CAP 2014-2020.
