Weinqualität in unterschiedlichen Organisationsformen: Warum schneiden Genossenschaften oft schlechter ab?

Abstract

In der Literatur wird geäußert, dass die Organisationsform einen maßgeblichen Einfluss auf die Produktqualität ausübt. Zahlreiche empirische Befunde geben Hinweise darauf, dass dies auch in der Weinwirtschaft zutreffen kann. Sie deuten darauf hin, dass die Qualität von Genossenschaftsweinen oft nach oben beschränkt ist. In Anbetracht der einheitlichen empirischen Befunde und der fehlenden theoretischen Ergebnisse untersuchen wir, wie ein theoretisches Modell zur Erklärung des negativen Organisationseffekts auf die Qualität von Genossenschaftsweinen aussehen kann. Wir arbeiten die Organisationsstrukturen der unterschiedlichen Organisations-formen heraus und zeigen die jeweiligen Entscheidungsprobleme auf. Ergebnis ist, dass Winzergenossenschaften bei der Weinqualität nicht unbedingt schlechter abschneiden als andere Organisationsformen.
