Wissenstransfer in Organisationen: Koordinationsmechanismen und Anreizsysteme als Gestaltungsparameter

Abstract

Zusammenfassung In der derzeitigen Wissensmanagement-Debatte wird die Forderung gestellt, Mitarbeiter zum Teilen ihres Wissens zu motivieren. Da für einzelne Wissensträger Wissen Grundlage von organisationsinterner Wettbewerbsfähigkeit ist, können deren Interessen und jene des Unternehmens bezüglich Wissenstransfer divergieren. Der spezifische Charakter von Wissen führt auch zu Informationsasymmetrien zwischen Unternehmen und Wissensträger hinsichtlich seines Wissenstransferverhaltens. Wollen Unternehmen organisationsinternen Wissenstransfer fördern, werden Fragen nach der Organisationsgestaltung virulent. Der folgende Beitrag identifiziert analytisch drei Modi für Wissenstransfer. Darauf aufbauend werden Optionen der Organisationsgestaltung durch Koordinationsmechanismen und Anreizsysteme zur Förderung des Wissenstransfers diskutiert.
