Analisis cuantitativo del mercado de la vivienda a precio tasado
Abstract
Dentro del marco de actuaciones integradas en la Politica de Vivienda desarrollada en la decada de los noventa, la Vivienda a Precio Tasado (VPT) representa un destacado papel. Analizaremos el comportamiento y regimen normativo de esta figura en el ambito territorial del Principado de Asturias, en funcion de un conjunto de variables explicativas o predictivas. Estimaremos la probabilidad de que la adquisicion se realice a partir de valores conocidos de los distintos regresores mediante la especificacion de un modelo de regresion logistica. El resultado nos permitira, entre otras cuestiones, evaluar la idoneidad de la redefinicion de que ha sido objeto en el Plan de Vivienda 1998-2001 en terminos de equidad y consideracion de las preferencias del consumidor.Download Info
