Optionen für eine überregional nachhaltige Standortevaluierung für die Biogasproduktion und -einspeisung

Abstract

Die Notwendigkeit des zukünftigen Einsatzes regenerativer Energien ist mittlerweile zur Selbstverständlichkeit avanciert. Fraglich ist jedoch, welche Formen dafür in Frage kommen. Die Biogasproduktion mit Einspeisungsoption wird dabei aus verschiedenen Gründen als essentiell angesehen. Offen ist lediglich das Niveau des Umfangs und an welchen Standorten die Biogasmengen produziert werden sollen. Der Beitrag soll eine methodische Hilfestellung für die Legislative im Sinne einer effektiven Förderung sowie für ortsungebundene Investoren der Biogasproduktion sein, um überregional First best Standorte der Biogasproduktion zu evaluieren. Zu diesem Zweck wird ein bewertender Vergleich klassischer Landnutzungsmodelle vorgenommen.
