Struktur des Einflusses von KI-Anwendungsfällen auf deutsche KMU-Weingüter: Test des EcoSystemPie-Modells

Abstract

Diese Studie prüft das EcoSystemPie-Modell (ESPM; Talmer et al. 2021 und Adner 2017) auf Eignung, die KI-Wirkungen auf die Wertschöpfung deutscher KMU-Weingüter einfach zu kommunizieren. Am Beispiel von KMU der eigenen Riesling-Region visualisieren wir die Wertschöpfungskette der Weingüter dem ESPM folgend um ein in diesem Fall qualitäts- und preissensitives Wertversprechen für Konsumenten herum, um die relativen Beiträge, deren Abhängigkeiten sowie die Risiken der Technologie auf jene Aktivitäten und die beteiligten Akteur:innen darzustellen. Die vorläufige und qualitative Feldforschung zeigt ein zweigeteiltes Digitalisierungsbild: Jüngere, technologieaffine Betriebsleiter:innen setzen KI vornehmlich in Verwaltung und Marketing ein; während die Kernproduktion (Weinberg, Keller) weitgehend manuell bleibt. Zentrale Hemmnisse fehlender Ressourcen, der traditionellen Unternehmenskultur aber auch die Potentielle konkreter KI-Anwendungsfälle und -Forschungsprototypen sind im Detail erklärt. Die ESPM Darstellung hebt kritische Wertschöpfungsschritte hervor, an denen KI hilft, die Qualität zu verbessern, Kosten zu senken und wo die Wettbewerbsposition verschoben werden könnte und damit auch, wie die externe KI-Adoption von WeinbauMitbewerbern in den KMU Verwundbarkeiten erzeugt und / oder neue Akteur:innen ins Ökosystem bringen könnte, ganz unabhängig davon, ob des Weingut selbst KI-Technologie adaptiert. Auf Grundlage der Ergebnisse empfehlen wir die zukünftige Durchführung von Pilotbewertungen, gemeinsame Finanzierungsmodelle, Kapazitätsaufbau sowie systematisches Monitoring des Wettbewerbermarktes.
