Die Rückkehr der Leistungskultur: Analyse zur Gestaltung und Wirkung betrieblicher Vergütungssysteme in Deutschland

Abstract

Der Beitrag zeigt, wie komplex und vielfältig betriebliche Vergütungssysteme sind, wer welche Sonderzahlungen, Zuschläge und Zusatzleistungen erhält und wie relevant die betriebliche Lohngestaltung für die Mitarbeitermotivation und -bindung sowie die betriebliche Resilienz in Krisenzeiten ist. Die Befunde der Analyse basieren zum einen auf Daten der Verdiensterhebung aus den Jahren 2022 bis 2024 und zum anderen auf Befragungsdaten von Beschäftigten und Arbeitgebern aus dem Jahr 2025.
