Regionale Resilienz: Eine Fallstudie aus der Region Nahetal-Hunsrück

Abstract

Die aktuellen Transformationsprozesse stellen Akteure in Wirtschaft und Politik vor große Herausforderungen. Der Erfolg von Anpassungsprozessen hängt stark von der regionalen Wirtschaftsstruktur ab. Vor diesem Hintergrund rückt die Frage nach regionaler ökonomischer Resilienz in den Fokus - also der Fähigkeit von Regionen, auf wirtschaftliche Schocks zu reagieren und sich zu erholen. Die Studie identifiziert zentrale Stabilisierungsfaktoren dieser Resilienz und macht sie für eine empirische Analyse nutzbar. Am Beispiel der Region Nahetal-Hunsrück wird ihre Ausprägung anhand ausgewählter Indikatoren dargestellt und in den Transformationskontext eingeordnet. Die Ergebnisse fließen in eine SWOT-Analyse ein und liefern erste Handlungsempfehlungen für regionale Akteure.
