Abstract

El informe muestra, utilizando como ejemplo la digitalización, cómo se puede seguir desarrollando la práctica de participación de los comités de empresa europeos en las empresas y sus sedes. El diseño de un buen trabajo digital y la práctica de información y consulta de los comités de empresa son susceptibles de mejora y merecen ser mejorados. Las contradicciones entre el ser y el deber pueden resolverse en una tensión productiva si los comités de empresa europeos mejoran su conocimiento acerca de las prácticas de los procesos de digitalización mediante una lista de chequeo de digitalización y preguntas precisas. Con el procesamiento y la manifestación estratégicos de este conocimiento, fortalecen su posición frente a la dirección.
