Abstract

Ce document de travail montre, à l'exemple de la numérisation dans une perspective pratique d'action, comment la pratique de participation des comités d'entreprise européens peut être développée dans les entreprises et sur les sites. La conception d'un bon travail numérique et la pratique de l'information et de la consultation des comités d'entreprise européens peuvent et doivent être améliorées. Les contradictions entre ce qui est et ce qui devrait être peuvent être résolues en une tension productive en améliorant les connaissances des comités d'entreprise européens sur la pratique des processus de numérisation à l'aide d'une liste de contrôle de numérisation et de questions précises. En traitant et en présentant ces connaissances de manière ciblée, ils renforcent leur position vis-à-vis de la direction.
