Abstract

Das Working Paper zeigt am Beispiel der Digitalisierung in handlungspraktischer Perspektive, wie die Beteiligungspraxis von Europäischen Betriebsräten in Unternehmen und an den Standorten weiterentwickelt werden kann. Die Gestaltung guter digitaler Arbeit und die Praxis der Information und Konsultation von Europäischen Betriebsräten sind verbesserungsfähig und -würdig. Die Widersprüche zwischen Sein und Sollen lassen sich in eine produktive Spannung auflösen, indem Europäische Betriebsräte ihr Wissen über die Praxis der Digitalisierungsverläufe mithilfe einer Digitalisierungscheckliste und präzisen Fragen verbessern. Mit der gezielten Verarbeitung und Darstellung dieses Wissens stärken sie ihre Position gegenüber dem Management.
