Abstract

Innovationen und neue Technologien werden für Arbeitnehmerakteure immer wichtiger, gerade auch im Zuge der gegenwärtigen Covid-19-Pandemie und wachsender globaler Auseinandersetzungen um die sogenannte Technologieführerschaft in diversen Bereichen. Deren Auswirkungen auf Arbeitsplätze, Arbeitsbedingungen, Qualifizierung etc. müssen frühzeitig sondiert und bewertet werden. Das Projekt "Monitoring Innovations- und Technologiepolitik" identifiziert aufkommende innovations- und technologiepolitische Zukunftsthemen systematisch, indem es Vorausschau-Methoden einsetzt und diese Themen im Kontext gegenwärtiger und zukünftiger Arbeitswelten bewertet. Arbeitnehmerakteure benötigen solche wissenschaftlich fundierte Expertise, um Innovationsstrategien und Innovationsprozesse im Mehr-Ebenen-System im Sinne der Beschäftigten zu gestalten. Im vorliegenden Working Paper werden 15 aufkommende Themen aus dem Jahr 2020 diskutiert, die in der Regel in einen ausgeprägt globalen Kontext einzubetten sind und für Arbeitnehmerakteure in einer Phase tiefgreifender Transformation erheblich an Bedeutung gewinnen werden.
