Akteure der Rehabilitation bei gesundheitsbedingter Erwerbsunterbrechung: Forschungsmonitor für den Verbund "Neue Allianzen zum Erhalt der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit bei gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen"

Abstract

Müssen Beschäftigte aufgrund gesundheitlicher Beschwerden oder Einschränkungen ihre Erwerbstätigkeit unterbrechen, kommen sie mit dem stark fragmentierten Reha-System Deutschlands in Kontakt. Diese Fragmentierung birgt Vorteile, hat zugleich aber auch Nachteile. Die mit den Nachteilen verbundenen Probleme können durch Kooperationen zwischen den verschiedenen Akteuren ausgeglichen werden. Der Forschungsmonitor gibt vor diesem Hintergrund einen Überblick über die an der Rehabilitation beteiligten Akteure und über mögliche Kooperationen.
