Abstract

There are contradictions: in the system of training managers associated with the practice of training, which is largely abstract. The real problems of production, state and municipal management are concrete. At the same time, the potential of students, teachers, administrative staff of the higher school for solving urgent social and economic problems of the region and organizations, study, evaluation, correction of the educational process of training is not sufficiently used. The task is to develop specialists ' strategic thinking in the field of innovation, to develop the ability to solve specific management problems, to have practical skills in reengineering business processes, to attract the attention of young people to the use of process approach in production management, state and municipal services. Methodical task-to adapt students to solving real problems of society, to teach a holistic perception of the processes. to monitor the quality and volume of students ' knowledge in socio-economic and technological disciplines, use this information to improve the quality of the educational process. The result of training-the formation of an active position of future specialists in the modernization of the economy, the formation of teamwork skills; the ability to manage changes in the network of business processes. The work is addressed to students of the enlarged group of specialties "Economics and management", as well as teachers of the system of advanced training, managers and specialists of organizations, employees of consulting services, researchers.
