Abstract

Резюме: В научното изследване се представя регулирането на работата от разстояние в секторни и междусекторни споразумения в Европейския съюз. Авторът анализира възможностите за такава работа, както и гаранциите за работниците и служителите, и прави предложения за използване на европейския опит в българската правна система. Направено е сравнение между работата от разстояние и надомната работа според действащото българско законодателство.
