Abstract

Thế giới đang thay đổi theo chiều hướng không mấy tích cực. Trong suốt quá trình phát triển của loài người, để vượt qua được các khó khăn ảnh hưởng đến sự tồn vong của nhân loại, khoa học luôn đóng vai trò quan trọng không thể nào thay thế được. Vì thế, tôi cho rằng đầu tư vào nghiên cứu khoa học là bắt buộc và không thể thay thế bằng các biện pháp khác, vì khoa học đã, đang, và sẽ là chìa khóa giúp cho nhân loại vượt qua các thời điểm khó khăn và khủng hoảng. Tất nhiên, trong khoa học cũng có khoa học chân chính và “khoa học đểu” (pseudo-science). Cho nên, xây dựng cơ chế kiểm duyệt, giám sát, và đánh giá khoa học là rất cấp thiết, đặc biệt là với một nước có nền khoa học đang chớm nở như Việt Nam.
