Author

Listed:
  • Linh, Nguyen Thi

Abstract

For these young businesses, one of the main barriers in the startup culture in Vietnam is Confucian ideology. The main idea of Confucianism is to respect the hierarchy. The cultural facets of a Confucian society like Vietnam change very slowly, with its salient features continuing to be present in every corner of life.
