Abstract

El objetivo de la presente investigación es caracterizar cómo los factores tecnológicos, organizacionales y ambientales influyen en la innovación digital en el desarrollo y la gestión de productos en las compañías aseguradoras de Argentina. Se utilizará el modelo teórico TOE (Technology - Organization - Environment) desarrollado por Tonatzky y Fleischer (1990).
