Scénarios futurs de la livraison des colis aux particuliers

Abstract

Les exigences des particuliers en matière de livraison de colis posent des défis nouveaux aux acteurs spécialisés dans la distribution. Pour saisir les avenirs possibles de la distribution de colis en 2025, nous proposons une prospective qualitative qui place le consommateur final au centre de la réflexion, une prospective à dires d'experts de la distribution de colis, du e-commerce, du transport et de la prospective. La méthode de prospective puis les grandes lignes des scénarios de l'évolution de la distribution de colis seront tour à tour évoquées ici.
