Abstract

Après des débuts hésitants, le B to C connaît désormais un réel essor qui s'accompagne cependant de ruptures, notamment sur le plan logistique. L'offre de services se développe, en particulier celle des prestataires spécialisés en livraisons urbaines. L'objectif de notre communication est double : (1) faire le point sur les solutions logistiques adoptées par les commerçants en ligne ; (2) faire ressortir les alternatives urbaines que les prestataires de services logistiques développent et qu'il serait souhaitable de privilégier demain. Dans ce cadre, nous faisons appel à la simulation, et plus précisément au modèle FRETURB, afin d'évaluer trois systèmes de distribution rencontrés chez les cyber-épiciers.
