Abstract

L'objectif de cet article est de relier certaines caractéristiques des sociétés cotées à leur pratique d'information volontaire. Les variables indépendantes étudiées font référence à la théorie politico-contractuelle. Les coûts de la publication sont également intégrés dans le modèle et apparaissent comme une contrainte majeur du processus de communication.
